On August 14, 2019, Mayor Jim Kenney signed Philadelphia's C-PACE ordinance, kicking off Philadelphia's program. Councilpersons Blondell Reynolds Brown, Derek Green and Philadelphia Energy Authority Executive Director Emily Schapira attended the signing.
